If you’re in the DJ business, then you can’t help but talk to a lot of clients. They’re needs and wants are your bread and butter. How good are you at figuring out exactly what they really want. Sure, you make a list of songs they want played and those that they don’t want played. At weddings or any other event, they might want you to take on an added role, like MC. But, beyond those stated tasks, there’s a whole lot more that your clients might not be able to actually articulate. It’s up to you to cut deeper, and provide them with what they really want and need beyond the obvious.
