Sites like iFixit will walk you through a step-by-step guide AND provide a tool kit to utilize. In the United States at least, you can essentially learn how to create anything from scratch with the proper discipline.

Sites like Fiverr allow you to hire anyone with skill. You can find someone to create your website, logo, app, and more exactly to your liking. If you are not interested in paying someone, you can learn how to do it yourself via Youtube or if you want a more academic environment you can try Coursera or the many other complementary programs they have available online. If it doesn’t exist, make it exist.
