Meet Amberly and Matt. Together, they’re LYTT. At some point in the not so distant past, they decided that they wanted to become DJs. Great, right? Well, except for the next part. They want everyone to pay for their rise to the top.
LYTT has opened a Kickstarter campaign in the hopes of raising £77,450 (about $100,000). The money will allow them to tour the world and play at Ibiza, Amsterdam, Berlin, Zurich, Rome, Florence, Milan, Abu Dhabi, Tokyo, Sydney, Miami, São Paulo, Buenos Aires … you know, all the hot spots.
Do they have talent? Who knows. Don’t you think there’s something kinda off about asking for that kind of money to fund your practice time? Maybe they should do what every other DJ does – start at the bottom and work their way to the top.
