A rotating selection of local and national bands play almost every day of the week, and the lounge is adamant about never charging an admission fee. Weekly events include “The Universal,” a dance party with British pop, dance and indie music, and “Tiki Tuesday,” where tiki themed drinks are discounted. Launchpad Night Club & Restaurant is a space themed venue that features frequent live music performances by local and national acts. The club has two levels: a downstairs with a stage and a bar, and an upstairs lounge area with a separate bar, pool tables, video games and a view of the downstairs stage. Imbibe is a cigar bar and night club located in Albuquerque’s Nob Hill district. The club has three main rooms: a glass humidor cigar room for smoking, a rooftop patio with a separate bar and three fire pits, and the MOD room, which hosts weekly jazz nights. The inside lounge is decorated with neon lights and white leather couches and seating, while the outside decor is mostly provided by the view of the city. The club offers frequent happy hour drink specials, and guests can usually watch a game on one of their large screen TVs early in the evening.
